Michelle’s Story

Like so many women, I believed that if I could just become more disciplined, more consistent, or more committed, everything would finally click into place.
Underneath every attempt was the same quiet belief:
"There's something wrong with me that needs fixing."
And every time I fell off track, it felt like proof. Proof that I wasn't disciplined enough. Proof that I couldn't follow through. Proof that I was failing.
But eventually I began asking different questions.
Not:
"How do I become more consistent?"
But:
"Why do I keep leaving myself?"
“Why do I ignore what my body is telling me?”
“Why do I push through exhaustion?”
“Why do I abandon my own needs in the name of productivity, achievement, or being everything for everyone else?”
The deeper I looked, the more I realized the issue was never discipline.
It was disconnection. I had learned to override myself. To mistrust my own needs. To believe my worth lived somewhere outside of me.
The Remembering was born from the journey back.
